The Fulton County Retired Employees' Association, Inc. (FCREA) was founded on October 10, 1990 and incorporated on March 12, 1991 to answer the need for an organization to represent and voice the concerns of all Fulton County retirees.
This includes voicing concerns of persons in the Defined Benefit (“old") plan -- as well as those in the Defined Contribution (“new”) plan -- regarding the health benefits we all have.
The FCREA is an independent 501(c)(4) non-profit entity. It is not a division of Fulton County, GA government.
